ROBERT WALLENSTEIN
Born and raised in Southern California, serious injury Attorney Robert Wallenstein moved to San Diego County in 1979. He worked his way through college and law school as a waiter and then a law clerk and has been practicing personal injury law since 1987. In 1992, he founded his own law firm and has purposefully kept his practice as a sole proprietorship so he could personally handle each of his clients' cases.
By handling his clients' cases personally rather than through associates, Mr. Wallenstein believes he is better able to understand his clients' needs and the strengths and weaknesses of each case, enabling him to provide the best legal representation possible for each of his clients. Outside of work his hobbies include family time, snowboarding, tennis and motorcycles. Mr. Wallenstein lives with his wife and their two school age children.
